Aching like mad...

I felt so much aches and pain on my back that I did not feel lik getting out of bed. Hmm... Is it releasing the knots or what? My body temperature was high. It was 37.2 degrees this morning. I could feel all the hot air in my body. The sides of my feet (the part connecting to the intestine) were somewhat painful. I had trouble walking initially. I think I might need another round of massage next week to go release all the knots.
